To do this, we go far beyond grammar and spelling and also use AI-based technology that analyzes the style, tone and typography of the texts and provides instant contextual suggestions.

Responsibilities Icon

Your tasks:

  • Be the first point of contact for our B2C and B2B users
  • You are responsible for the customer service in B2C via email (our ticket tool is freshdesk)
  • You advise and support our existing and potentially new B2B customers via email and Zoom calls
  • You calculate and create individual offers for B2B customers and keep an eye on their development
  • You work independently and are constantly thinking about improvements and future support trends, such as automation, highlighting the self-service section (FAQs), etc.
  • You create insights reports for the product team
  • You create issues in GitHub and keep an eye on the current bugs

  • Your level of German is native
  • Your English language skills are close to a native level
  • You have a technical affinity and an enthusiasm for software development
  • You have excellent communication skills in German and English and are able to find the right words in all hierarchies
