Your tasks:
Be the first point of contact for our B2C and B2B users
You are responsible for the customer service in B2C via email (our ticket tool is freshdesk)
You advise and support our existing and potentially new B2B customers via email and Zoom calls
You calculate and create individual offers for B2B customers and keep an eye on their development
You work independently and are constantly thinking about improvements and future support trends, such as automation, highlighting the self-service section (FAQs), etc.
You create insights reports for the product team
You create issues in GitHub and keep an eye on the current bugs

Your level of German is native
Your English language skills are close to a native level
You have a technical affinity and an enthusiasm for software development
You have excellent communication skills in German and English and are able to find the right words in all hierarchies
